Making A Purchase
To make a purchase browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.
We accept most major credit and debit cards, but not American Express. Prices are in £ Sterling. If you are placing your order from a country other than the United Kingdom, your card company will convert the transaction amount into your own currency.
Payment will be taken when you conclude the purchase and the items will be shipped when ready. If you do not wish to pay online, you may phone us with your card information. Please see above for our contact details.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake or refund your purchase.
When confirmation of your order is sent, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send your item(s) to you. This provision is to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing; we have inadvertently under-priced goods; or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Please note that all prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice.
Shipping And Handling
We aim to dispatch items within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Within the United Kingdom orders under 2kg will be shipped via Royal Mail and orders over 2kg will usually be shipped via courier. Overseas orders will be shipped via courier. International delivery via courier is usually within one week of despatch of goods but this is subject to variation and can take longer, for example during busy times of year.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Customer Collection:
An option is also available to collect your order in-store and thus avoid paying postage costs. When completing your order, in the 'Shipping and Handling' section simply choose 'Customer Collection' in the drop down menu. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notifying you that it is ready for collection (please see the shop's opening hours below). We ask that you collect your order within one week of the notification email being sent. Orders which have not been collected within two weeks of the notification email being sent will be refunded.
Our opening hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9.30am-5pm
Wednesday: 9.30am-7.30pm
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. If you change your mind and decide you do not want to wait you are able to cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by contacting us.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 14 days of the goods being received back in the shop. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Please note this policy covers orders placed on the website, by email or over the phone.
Any goods returned should be in original condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
